1. Q. Do I have to create my own content for the site ?
If you do not have any content for your site or are having trouble with creating it, we offer a copywriting service in which we will create professional content for your site that is related to your business or topic. We have expertise in creating search engine freindly content with the incorporation of well researched keywords to maximize exposure to your targeted audience. Once we have completed the content, you will have the opportunity to revise and make changes with out extra charge. Any other content changes revisions or updates afterward will be subject to additional fees.

2 Q. When will my site be ready ?
A. We can have your site completed and live online within 10 business days. (if you are submitting your own content, we ask that you have your content ready within 7 business days in order for us to meet that time frame. Otherwise late content submission by you will delay the launching of your new site.)

3. Q. If I wanted a bilingual site do you offer translation ?
We offer a professional translation service for those needing a bilingual website. ( English, French ).

4. Q. Do you offer hosting ?
A.Yes we offer several professional hosting plans. Our hosting plans also enable you to create multiple email addreses with any given account.

5. Q. Do you provide the domain name ?
A. Yes if you like. Simply tell us what domain name you would like and we will see if it is available. If the domain name you chose is not availble then we will suggest alternatives. The cost of a domain name through us is $25.00 per year. We will invoice you once a year.

6. Q. What if I already have a domain name ?
A. If you have access to your domain registrar, then we will give you our name server information and you will have to point your domain to our servers. You can contact your domain name provider for instructions on how to do this, or we can take care of it for you.

7 Q. What happens if I am late with my payment ?
A. Once a website has been completed, the client will agree to make a final payment within the time frame stipulated in the contract. If the client does not make the final payment, or in the case of an agreement where the client makes multiple payments, is late with any payment by more than 30 days, we at Adpunch reserve the right to remove the website from our servers. In such a case the client will be obligated to pay a $150.00 re-installation fee plus the original balance due before the website will be re-instated online. In the case of hosting payments, the client will make one payment a year that will be automatically debited from a credit card through our secure payment system. In the case of a failed transaction, we will notify the client and it will be the client's responsibility to arrange payments with us within 30 days of the failed transaction. Failure to do so will result in the website being removed from our servers and a $150.00 fee will be charged to the client in addition to the amount due to have the site reinstated online.
